TYCAB 6 Core 0.22mm: Solid Copper 'Tinned' Security Cable 300m Box FREIGHT INCL
This is top specification solid Copper cable with a very thin covering of 'solder'. It is the opposite construction of cheap CCA (Copper-Coated- Aluminium).
Solid Copper' Tinned' advantages are:
* It is designed to resist oxidisation/ corrosion in moist or 'salty' environments.
* It has no voltage drop or impedence along long runs, the opposite to CCA.
* It is easy to solder when required.
* This cable is more flexible wheras CCA can be 'brittle'.
This cable is certiified to be in compliance with the requirements of the PVC Best Practice Guidelines detailed as part of the ‘Green Star PVC credit - Auditor Verification Guidance (issued 20 November 2013) using Compliance Pathway 2, ‘Manufacturers Declaration’. Valid until 30 July 2025.
